I'm a bodybuilder only a teen though. Glutamine in my experience helps recover so much faster. I don't know how to explain in how it does that but I feel much more energized. Not so much like caffeine energy but it even helps me foucslike doing simple things like driving, and become alert as it is a Neuro-transmitter.
